As Oprah says, “One of the greatest gifts you can give yourself is time.”

So allow yourself the opportunity to sit silently for at least 5-10 minutes each day. Close your eyes and let all thoughts, worries, and stress gently flow down into the earth so they can be transmuted. 

Open your heart and allow yourself to receive that beautiful unconditional love from the Universe. Let it permeate all aspects of your being and know you are loved. 

Become aware that you are now coming back into balance and feel much more centered than you did before. 

Breathe this rejuvenated energy in and know you have the strength needed to move forward through your day regardless of what it entails.
