For what is bothering you now is actually the results of the past. You thought you were done with it, but all you did was bury it deep within carrying it around with you wherever you go.
Allow yourself to move into the space of the observer and follow the thread until you find it’s origin.
Know that as the observer you can revisit the past without the pain, fear, or anger. Notice how this perspective allows you to see what you couldn’t see before.
Find the gifts that were born out of the original experience. Allow them to assist you in finding closure so you can release the pain, suffering, anger, fear or false beliefs you have been holding onto.
And allow yourself to step into forgiving those involved, including yourself for any transgressions.
