As the chaos swirls around you remember to connect with that peaceful center within. 

To do so you must first stop.

Take several deep breaths to begin to clear your energy.

Place your hand on your heart and allow it to guide you back to your peaceful center. 

As your thoughts slow down and drift away notice the calm and peace that begin to envelop you.

The chaos is still there yet you are no longer tumbling around in it.

You have found your footing and are able to stand strong no matter how hard the chaos tries to knock you down. 

And you hear the voice from within reminding you that all is well.
