Take a few minutes to envision a joyous scene.

Maybe a moment of laughter with a young child. The image of your favorite baby animal, like those cute little goats jumping around all willy nilly.

If you have to, find a silly video on the internet.

It doesn’t matter what it is, just find something to make you smile.

Notice how it instantly shifts how it makes you feel.

It lightens you up energetically an mentally. You notice the worry, fear and pain drifting away.

Be in that glorious moment of you. Immerse yourself in it.

And remember, you can carry that feeling with you wherever you go.
