Notice what brings a smile to your face or a belly full of laughs. Now, notice how often you allow yourself to experience that feeling each day. If you haven’t felt it in a while then do something that will.

When you wake up in the morning do at least one thing that will bring a joyful start to your day. Cuddle with your fur babies or non fur babies if you have any. Smell you favorite flower or essential oil. Go for an exhilarating run or swim. Whatever it is make time to do it because it will give you a wonderful start to the morning.

Keep something with you for a quick pick me up when the day starts to feel a bit wonky. I like to keep a small bottle of bubbles on my desk for when I feel stressed out. I will open it up and start blowing bubbles like a little kid. And let me tell you, it does wonders not only for me but for those around me as well.

Remember to fill the end of your day with joy as well because no one wants to go to bed feeling grumpy.
