It is time to let down your armor and allow a little gentleness to flow to you and through you.

Notice your inner dialog, how are you speaking to yourself?

If you find you’ve been speaking more as an enemy than a kind friend then stop. Take a deep breath and allow yourself to find some peace and calm in the moment. Surround yourself with love and repeat:

I love you

I am sorry

Please forgive me

Thank you

Allow the words to flow through you, to surround you and bring up whatever needs released. Notice the love that you are giving to yourself as you say the words and allow yourself to experience the moment. 

And know, you are LOVE.
